Please read these terms carefully before using AI SEO Scanner. They govern your access to and use of our SEO analysis platform.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AI SEO Scanner ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our website and SEO analysis platform (the "Service"). These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy.

Acceptance of Terms
Agreement
By accessing or using the AI SEO Scanner website and SEO analysis platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
Capacity
By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

What We Provide
AI SEO Scanner is an SEO analysis platform that provides automated website audits, performance analysis, AI visibility scoring, keyword tracking, content recommendations, and related features. The Service operates on a credit-based model — you purchase credits and redeem them to run audits and analyses.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times without interruption. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavor to provide advance notice of planned downtime where possible.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes that materially affect your use of the Service.

Account Registration
Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
One Account
Each account is for a single user or organization. You may not share your account credentials with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent usage restrictions or gain additional credits fraudulently.
Section 04
Credits and Payments
Credit-Based Model
The Service operates on a prepaid credit system. Credits must be purchased before using credit-dependent features. Credit prices and the credit cost of specific features are displayed within the Service and may be updated from time to time.
Non-Refundable Credits
All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits that have been used to run audits or analyses cannot be recovered. Unused credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or other benefits, except where required by applicable law.
Credit Expiry
Credits may be subject to an expiry period as specified at the time of purchase or within your account settings. We will provide reasonable advance notice before your credits expire.
Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to change credit pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect credits you have already purchased. We will provide reasonable notice of pricing changes through the Service or by email.
Taxes
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities in connection with your purchases. We will charge taxes where required by law.

Acceptable Use
Permitted Use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Prohibited Activities
You must not: (a) use the Service to analyze websites or content that you do not own or have authorization to audit; (b) use the Service to engage in any activity that is illegal, harmful, or fraudulent; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its infrastructure, or other users' accounts; (d) use automated tools or scripts to access the Service in a manner that exceeds normal use or places unreasonable load on our infrastructure; (e) resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties without our prior written consent; (f) attempt to circumvent credit requirements through technical means; (g) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; or (h) use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Service.
Consequences
Violation of this Acceptable Use policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund of any remaining credits.
Section 06
Intellectual Property
Our Property
The Service, including all software, algorithms, user interfaces, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other content created by us, is owned by AI SEO Scanner and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
Your Data
You retain ownership of the URLs, content, and data you submit to the Service. By submitting data to the Service, you grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service to you.
Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use that feedback to improve the Service without any obligation to compensate you.

Disclaimer of Warranties
As-Is Basis
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
No Guarantee of Results
We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will meet your requirements; (b) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (c) the results obtained from using the Service will be accurate, reliable, or suitable for any particular purpose; or (d) any errors in the Service will be corrected. SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, and we make no guarantees regarding rankings, traffic, or business results.

Limitation of Liability
Exclusion of Damages
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL RANKSIGHT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Liability Cap
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR CREDITS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Essential Basis
The limitations of liability in these Terms reflect a reasonable allocation of risk. This allocation is an essential element of the basis of the bargain between you and us. These limitations apply even if any limited remedy fails its essential purpose.
Section 09
Indemnification
Your Obligations
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI SEO Scanner and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights; or (d) any content or data you submit to the Service.
Section 10
Termination
By Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination for cause, any remaining credits in your account may be forfeited.
By You
You may close your account at any time through your account settings. Closing your account does not entitle you to a refund of any remaining credits, except where required by applicable law.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
Section 11
Changes to Terms
Updates
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice within the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required immediately by law.
Continued Use
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.

Dispute Resolution
We encourage you to contact us first to try to resolve any disputes informally. For any disputes that cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation before resorting to formal legal proceedings.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and AI SEO Scanner with respect to the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
